Update: Joe Edmon from Genealogy Blog linked to this poster. It looks like we’ve had a number of visitors. I’ve always wanted a family history poster that shows at least six generations, but doesn’t look like a family history chart until you see it close up. Something visually appealing that would look good by itself, but has a lot deeper meaning when you examine it up close and realize what it really is. The final version would of course have all the name in and also includes soft drop shadows behind each leaf to add a sense of depth.
Neat, how a about useing it as a logo for the web site?
Could it be use as a quilt? I like the colors.

I’ve been looking for a pattern that would allow me to combine my two favorite obsessions: genealogy and quilting! I think I’ve found it! It’s AWESOME!!
