ANNC. TIEDECK, 88, of Midland Park, formerly of Brooklyn, died Tuesday. Before retiring in 1967, she was an executive secretary for Bankers Trust Co., New York City, where she worked for 40 years. Surviving are two nieces, Judith Bowers of Demarest and Pat Jacob of Ridgefield Park. Services are tonight at 8 at Blackley Funeral Home, Ridgefield, with burial Friday at 10 a.m. in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Flushing N.Y. Visiting is tonight from 7 to 9.
